Prevention<\/strong> is useful at any age. For children, we use a modified and individual program that, in addition to cleaning teeth, also aims to build trust between the child and the doctor, which is achieved through a playful approach.<\/p>\n

Dental hygiene primarily includes dental examinations and instructions on how to maintain dental hygiene. Some areas cannot be completely cleaned by the patient himself, so professional teeth cleaning is very important. This is done in several steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Explanation of the sequence and functioning of prophylaxis<\/li>\n
  2. Complete removal of all hard (tartar and discoloration) and soft (plaque) deposits on the teeth and accessible parts of the tooth roots<\/li>\n

    Splints are used as carriers for the whitening gel. This procedure is repeated for 7-14 days and even longer if it is necessary. After reaching the desired color, you should stop using the splint for whitening.
